Oblique Push Ups

Start in regular push up position. As you start to lower you body, bring one knee as close as you can to your elbow. Alternate legs to even it out.

This move works your core and mainly obliques while obviously working your arms, shoulders, and chest.

Make sure to keep your back as straight as possible.

My body hurts just looking at this. Goal!

About:

Sarah. 22. Striving for fitness.

I'm proud to say that I'm going strong in recovery from my eating disorder (bulimia). Even after I got out of treatment, it was hard for me to focus on fitness without becoming obsessed and relapsing. I'm not trying to lose weight now; I'm just trying to become more fit and treat my body with the respect it deserves. The best part of this is that I have found balance in my life and can work towards becoming fit without falling back into old eating disordered habits.

Feel free to say hello, ask questions, vent about anything and everything, tell me your successes... whatever comes to mind! I promise I don't bite! =)
